I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals and expectations for therapy. After the initial consultation, you decide if we will move forward with treatment or discuss referrals who may better suit your needs.
We will begin sessions by discussing treatment goals and work towards building understanding and trust between one another. I will help you identify stressors, work through any barriers to growth, and nurture adaptive coping approaches to life’s challenges.
I prioritize a strong therapeutic relationship and cultivating a safe, supportive environment. My integrative approach draws upon Feminist therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to honor individual experience, confront ambivalence, and empower self-directed growth.
All sessions are HIPAA-compliant and remain completely confidential. You are able to terminate services at any point.
Due to COVID-19, I am offering Telehealth and virtual services only. Once it is safe to do so, you will have the option to continue meeting virtually or transition to in-person sessions in our Highland Park office
All services are provided on a sliding scale according to individual needs. Priority is given to QTPOC.
